Business cards for real estate agents

A headshot that is actually sharp, the brokerage and licence lines where compliance needs them, and enough weight in the card that it does not get binned at the open house.

Cards that get kept after the open house

A headshot that prints sharp

Everything is built at 300 dpi, and an uploaded photo is checked at the moment you add it — so you find out that a headshot is too small now, not on 500 printed cards.

Compliance lines that survive the cut

Brokerage name, licence number and the required small print sit inside the safe area, so nothing you are legally obliged to show gets shaved off by the blade.

What earns its place on an agent's card

Your face
Real estate is the one trade where the headshot genuinely belongs on the card — people remember a face from an open house long after they have forgotten a name. It has to be sharp, which means a real photo file rather than one saved off a website.
The brokerage, exactly as your state requires
Brokerage name and licence numbers are not design elements you can shrink to taste. Set them properly, inside the safe area, and check the proof against your own state's rules before ordering.
One number, and one way to see your listings
A phone number for the call, and a QR for everything else. Sending someone to your listings or a valuation form does more than sending them to a homepage.
A back that does something
The back is half the card. A QR to current listings, a “what's your home worth” form, or a space to write an appointment time all beat printing the logo again.
Weight
16pt, linen or pearl. At an open house your card is going into a pile with five others, and weight is the only quality signal that survives a handshake. What makes a card feel expensive covers the rest.

Questions people ask

What stock works best for real estate cards?
16pt cardstock is the sensible default, and linen or pearl if you want the card to feel like a premium listing. Matte or silk keeps a headshot readable without glare; UV high gloss makes photography pop but shows fingerprints and will not take a pen.
Can I put my headshot on the card?
Yes, and the app checks it at upload. Print wants roughly four times the resolution a website does, so a headshot pulled off your brokerage profile is the single most common reason a card comes back soft. Image resolution for print explains what to ask for.
Do you print magnet business cards?
Yes, on 17pt magnet. For an agent it is arguably the best format on the list — a card that stays on a fridge for years is worth a great deal more than one in a drawer.
Can I add my brokerage logo?
Yes. Upload it and place it, and if it arrives on a white box there is a one-button background remover that writes the cut-out as a new file and leaves your original alone.
Can I order cards for a whole team?
Yes. Duplicating a set in the cart forks the design rather than adding a second row against the same one, so you can change just the name, licence number and mobile for each agent and check out once. Two rows sharing one design would print the same card twice.
Can I reorder when I change brokerage?
Yes, and reordering forks a copy of the design first. That is deliberate: your past orders keep showing the artwork they were actually printed from, so changing a phone number on the new copy cannot rewrite your own history.
