By accessing and using the BotPrints mobile application ("App") and website, provided by BotPrints Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
BotPrints provides a platform for designing, customizing, and ordering printed business cards directly from mobile devices. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
To use certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Third-Party Logins: If you use Apple, Google, or Facebook to log in, you are also subject to their respective terms and conditions.
You retain ownership of the designs, images, and text you upload ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and print such content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders.
Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing on intellectual property rights, or contains viruses or malicious code. We reserve the right to refuse any order containing content we deem inappropriate.
All orders placed through the App are subject to acceptance. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made at the time of order using our supported payment methods (e.g., Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for errors made by the user (e.g., typos, low-resolution images). If there is a manufacturing defect, please contact support at support@botprints.com within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BotPrints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the service.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
